Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate or severe 2019-ncov infection; 2. Age >=65 years old; 3. Ability to communicate and understand; 4. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. who suffered from other critical diseases and could not cooperate to complete the investigation; 3. Participated in another clinical trial within 3 months before enrollment.
