Labor analgesia

Interventions

S:0.5µg/ml sufentanil with 0.1% ropivacaine for epidural analgesia

A1:8µg/ml alfentanil with 0.1% ropivacaine for epidural analgesia

A2:10µg/ml alfentanil with 0.1% ropivacaine for epidural analgesia

A3:12µg/ml alfentanil with 0.1% ropivacaine for epidural analgesia

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Class I-II; 2.Single term pregnancy, vaginal delivery; 3. Age 20-45years old; 4. Willingly accept and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with amide type local anesthetics and opioid drug dependence and allergy; 2. Complicated with scoliosis and contraindication of intraspinal anesthesia; 3. Complications such as pregnancy hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 4. Communication barriers, difficult to cooperate.
