Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), without psychotic symptoms; (2) The total score of the Yale-Brown Compulsive Scale is >= 16 points; (3) Before enrollment, they did not take any drugs that affect the immune system, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (4) Have never taken anti compulsive drugs, or have taken drugs for less than 15 days in a lifetime, and have never been in a psychiatric hospital; (5) Be able to understand all research contents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of brain organic diseases and other central nervous system diseases, physical diseases, use of psychoactive substances or drug dependence; (2) Other mental disorders such as schizophrenia, mood disorders, and tic disorders accompanied by obsessive-compulsive symptoms; (3) Physical therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder including electric shock, rTMS, transcranial magnetic stimulation, etc.; (4) Those who received systematic psychotherapy before enrollment.
