Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet all the following criteria can be enrolled in this clinical trial: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed drug-resistant, refractory or first-time relapsed acute myeloid leukemia; 2. Age = 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients meeting any of the following exclusion criteria are not allowed to enter this clinical trial: 1. Acute promyelocytic leukemia, Down's syndrome related acute myeloid leukemia, and acute heterozygous leukemia; 2. blastic phase of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML); Secondary to myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS); Treatment related acute myeloid leukemia (t-AML); 3. Secondary to immunodeficiency; 4. Patients with failed transplantation; 5. The patient has kidney, liver or main organ dysfunction: 6. Receive other systemic trial drugs; 7. There are other factors that the researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
