18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years old; (2) Preoperative needle biopsy or intraoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma; (3) The maximum tumor diameter was less than 2.0 cm; (4) Patients without parathyroid-related diseases; (5) Preoperative laryngoscopy showed no abnormalities; (6) Understand the content of this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) History of neck surgery or radiotherapy; (3) Patients who were unfit for surgery; (4) hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; (5) Endoscopic surgery was converted to open; (6) The tumor invaded the capsule or adjacent structures such as trachea, esophagus or severe tissue adhesion; (7) Anatomic abnormalities of recurrent laryngeal nerve were found during operation. (8) Clinically evident lateral neck lymph node metastasis or distance metastasis; (9) Patients lost to follow-up; (10) Patients insisted on withdrawing from the trial.
