18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient was diagnosed as deep ?~? degree burn; 2. Skin grafting is needed to repair the wound; 3.The patient is older than 18 years; 4.There are non scalp skin supply areas; 5. Patients can tolerate platelet collection; 6. The patient volunteered to participate in the study, and the patient and his family members informed and agreed on the purpose and content of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergies to blood products; 2. HIV positive patients; 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients suffering from malignant tumors; 5. Thrombocytopenia; 6. Those unable to cooperate with treatment or rehabilitation.
