Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children who need mydriasis under general anesthesia in the ophthalmology ward of Beijing Children's Hospital or who need mydriasis before surgery; Children aged 4 years and over who cooperate with the examination and their families; Excludes other systemic diseases of the whole body; Absence of anterior segmental diseases (e.g., keratal leukoplakia, uveitis, pupillary remnants, posterior iris adhesions or hypoplasia, congenital iris dysplasia and other diseases that affect the ability of the iris to contract).
Exclusion criteria
