Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Guipi Decoction Group and Western Medicine Group 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for depression, and the syndrome is of the heart and spleen deficiency type; 2.Age is greater than or equal to 60 years old; 3.The HAMD-17 score is greater than or equal to 17 points; 4.There is no contraindication to transcranial magnetic stimulation; 5.The subject or the legal guardian signed the informed consent form. Healthy control group 1. Comply with the provisions of the Chinese Standard for the Healthy Elderly (2013); 2. Age >= 60; 3. No contraindication of transcranial magnetic stimulation; 4. The subject or legal guardian signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe cognitive impairment or other mental disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment; 2.Combined with severe failure of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 3.Serious suicidal tendency; 4.Have a history of taking antipsychotics in the past 2 weeks, and use long-acting antipsychotics in the past 1 month; 5.Participate in other related clinical researchers.
