Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with deep partial-thickness to full-thickness burns. 2. Stamp skin grafting or MEEK skin grafting is needed to repair the wound; 3. patients older than 18 years old; 4. The patient could tolerate platelet collection; 5. The patient's family members were successfully matched with the patient's blood, met the clinical platelet collection label, and donated blood voluntarily; 6. Patients voluntarily participated in the study, and informed consent was obtained from patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to blood products; 2. HIV positive patients; 3. patients suffering from autoimmune diseases; 4. patients suffering from malignant tumors; 5. thrombocytopenia; 6. those who cannot cooperate with treatment or rehabilitation.
