Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as valvular heart disease according to the 2014 American Heart Association/American Heart Association Guidelines for the Management of Patients with Valvular Heart Disease and who have undergone biological valve replacement in our hospital; 2. Patients who were voluntary participation in the study; 3. Patients who are conscious and can communicate normally; 4. The medical data record is complete and clear, and the contact information is correct.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent coronary artery bypass graft or artificial vessel replacement at the same time with biological valve replacement; 2. Patients who has serious hearing or language impairment; 3. Patients with pre-operative neurological and psychiatric diseases and other diseases that seriously affect the quality of life.
