Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective hip replacement; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ?-?; 3.60 years old < age < 85 years old; 4.18 kg/m2 < BMI < 28 kg/m2; 5. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Previous history of opioid abuse; 3. Previous history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; 4. Peripheral nerve lesions were present; 5. Unable to cooperate with VAS score.
