A:Oral administration of 10% glucose solution 400ml at 22:00 on the first day before surgery and 10% glucose solution 400ml combined with mosapride citrate 5mg 2 hours before surgery
B:Oral administration of 400ml 10% glucose solution at 22:00 on the day before surgery and 2 hours before surgery.
C:The patients were fasted for 4 hours and 8 hours before surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-75 years old, male or female; 2.BMI 18-30kg/m2; 3.ASA ? or ?; 4. patients with general anesthesia for lumbar spinal diseases with surgical indications; 5. All patients had clear understanding and voluntary participation in the study, and signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of digestive diseases; 2. enteral nutrition disorders; 3. history of diabetes and other metabolic diseases; 4. Severe malnutrition or severe anemia (albumin < 35 g/L or hemoglobin < 80 g/L); 5. Estimated intraoperative blood loss more than 1000ml 6. the expected operation time is more than 3 hours.
