Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum women 3-6 months; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >=28 kg/m2; 3. Artificial breastfeeding or artificial milk powder mixed feeding maternal; 4 .Be at least 18 years old; 5. Sign informed consent voluntarily and participate in the experiment voluntarily. Only those who meet the above five criteria can be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI >=28 kg/m2 before pregnancy 2. Secondary obesity caused by other diseases, hypercortisolism, hypothyroidism, hypothalamus or pituitary diseases, islet related diseases, hypogonadism, etc 3. With serious diseases of heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mental illness and cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 4. Those who have a pregnancy plan within the past 8 months; 5. Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months Those who met any of the above criteria were excluded from the study.
