Interventions

1:In the first stage, Tai Chi based AOT combined with rTMS at DLPFC was performed
after the washout period, the second stage of Tai chi based AOT combined with sham rTMS was performed

55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 55 to 75 years; 2. idiopathic PD patients diagnosed according to the UK Brain Bank criteria; 3. Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y) stage 1 to 2.5 while ON medication; 4. treatment with anti-Parkinson's disease medication and stable dose for the past 1 month; 4. ability to walk independently; 5. adequate hearing and vision; 6. volunteered to participate and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.clinically significant cognitive impairment,Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)<24; 2.MRI contraindications; 3.a history of a neurological disorder aside from PD; 4.orthopedic problems;
