Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) age >=18 years(Observe the age of patients with cystic membrane-related complications = 50 years old); 2) AL >= 27.0 mm (as measured by IOL-master 700); 3) eligible for phacoemulsification surgery with in-the-bag IOL implantation alone or with CTR implantations; 4) slit-lamp test lens nuclear hardness does not exceed grade III; 5) able to complete a postoperative 3-month follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included a history of prior ocular surgery or trauma, vision-limiting retinal or optic nerve disease or ocular inflammatory conditions, perioperative complications of cataract, and postoperative corrected visual acuity < 6/12. Assuming an expected dropout rate of 10%, 23 patients in each group were needed, and any eyes that were not within the boundaries of the Hill-RBF 2.0 formula and the Kane formula online calculator were excluded.
