Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma; 2. Prostate cancer tissue can be obtained for immunohistochemical staining of MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2 MMR proteins; 3. Confirm the existence of distant metastasis by bone scan or PET-CT; 4. Received standardized systemic treatment including endocrine therapy and chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with life expectancy less than 1 year; 2. Patients with other tumor diseases; 3. Prostate cancer with other pathological types other than adenocarcinoma; 4. Patients who have received immunosuppressive therapy or have immune deficiency diseases; 5. Patients with severe liver function damage (Child-Pugh C); 6. Patients with severe renal function injury requiring long-term dialysis treatment; 7. Patients with severe myelosuppression and severe neutropenia; 8. Participate in other clinical studies from 30 days before enrollment to the completion of this study.
