Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis; The age is 18-80 years old; Unilateral facial paralysis; The course of disease is within 7-14 days; Those who sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous history of ipsilateral facial paralysis; Peripheral facial paralysis is not a primary disease, but secondary to other diseases; Pregnant and lactating women; The patient suffers from serious heart, cerebrovascular, depression or other serious diseases; People with diabetes and poor blood sugar control; Patients who do not cooperate in completing clinical observation;
