Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of migraine of the third edition of the International Classification of Headache Diseases (ICHD-3 ß) . (2) 14 <= age <= 70 years old (3) There was no migraine attack within 3 days before the scan, on the scan day and 1 day after the scan. (4) Auxiliary inspection results are complete. (5) Informed consent of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other types of primary headache, excluding secondary headache. (2) Previous mental diseases, such as anxiety, depression, dementia, etc. (3) Previous cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or other intracranial structural lesions; (4) Have a history of alcohol and drug addiction, and a history of drug prevention within one year. (5) Migraine attack on the same day or within 24 hours after scanning (6) Unable to cooperate with MRI and transesophageal echocardiography.
