18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Streptococcus suis group: 1) have a clear history of streptococcus suis infection 2) Hearing loss associated with streptococcus suis infection 3) received cochlear implant surgery in our hospital 4) are in good mental state and could cooperate with follow-up control group: 1) deafness caused by other etiologies 2) received cochlear implant surgery in our hospital 3) are in good mental state and could cooperate with follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with congenital deafness, speech disorder and blindness who cannot cooperate with the examination; 2) Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with follow-up;
