18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage liver disease complicated with HBV or HCV infection before operation; No active infectious diseases; There was no obvious renal function damage, and the glomerular filtration rate was more than 60ml/min; There is no serious cardio-cerebrovascular disease, and the patient can tolerate the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage liver disease without HBV or HCV infection; Combined with active infectious disease; With severe renal function damage, the glomerular filtration rate is less than 60ml/min; Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular disease and unable to tolerate surgery
