Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient met the consensus diagnostic criteria of Chinese experts on PHN diagnosis and treatment, and had a clear history of HZ. Patients >=18 years old; The pain range was located in the T1-T3 spinal nerve distribution region. Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) was above 3 points on admission. Patient history >=1 month; During hospitalization, participants underwent pulse radiofrequency modulation of dorsal root ganglia guided by CT scans; Normal communication, with certain learning ability; Volunteer and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory failure; Tumor or infection at the puncture site; Mental illness: such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.; Long-term use of immunosuppressants; Allergic to experimental drugs; Abnormal liver and kidney function and coagulation function; CT examination is not suitable for patients with pregnancy, lactation and pregnancy preparation.
