Midazolam group:2ug/kg Dexmedetomidine nasal drops +0.25mg/kg Midazolam oral liquid by mouth

Chloral hydrate group:2ug/kg dexmedetomidine nasal drops+0.3mg/kg chloral hydrate oral

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who were sedated in the outpatient department of our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023; 2. 2. ASA Grade 1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe cardiopulmonary disease or neurological disease; 2. Children with oral medication difficulty; 3. Children with multiple history of sedation and sedation failure.
