Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age greater than or equal to 65 years old (2) The time from injury to surgery is less than or equal to 21 days (3) Unilateral femoral neck fracture confirmed by imaging examination (X-ray and CT), (4) Can walk independently without crutches or other aids before the injury (5) The fracture classification is Garden classification type I or II. Patients for whom internal fixation was feasible after preoperative group discussion by the surgeons (6) Patients who agree to participate and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other limb or body injuries that affect postoperative rehabilitation and exercise (2) Patients with pathological fractures other than primary osteoporosis (3) Patients with poor compliance and who are not expected to complete follow-up (4) Patients with pre-existing cognitive impairment such as dementia or delirium (5) Other researchers think that it is inappropriate to participate in this study
