Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)The children in the sepsis group met the diagnostic criteria of "Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Neonatal Sepsis (2019 Edition)"; 2)The control group consisted of non-infected neonates, who were required to have no infection-related risk factors before and during delivery, any clinical symptoms of infection, and no abnormality in laboratory-related infection indicators; 3)The subjects or their proxies voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspected inherited metabolic diseases, perinatal asphyxia, congenital malformations, chromosomal disorders, premature infants
