Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical symptoms of adenomyosis were obvious, the QOL was >=40, and the VAS score was >=6 2. Patients with obvious dysmenorrhea symptoms, with the length of uterus >=7cm 3. Magnetic resonance imaging showed junctional zone >=12mm 4. Adenomyosis lesions were clearly visible in plain MRI images, and the lesion sites should be more than 4cm in thickness and within the ablation range of MRgHIFU 5. Patients who voluntarily participate in follow-up and can complete follow-up 6. Patients can communicate with doctors and express their feelings clearly during treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women 2. Pregnancy status 3. Known or suspected pelvic malignant tumor or precancerous lesion (LDH >220U/L) 4. Extensive abdominal scar, which cannot be avoided by changing the ultrasonic direction to reach the treatment area 5. Local or systemic infection during the active period 6. Unexplained irregular vaginal bleeding 7. History of uterine artery embolization for adenomyosis 8. Those who cannot tolerate the prone position for 4 hours 9. Pelvic metal implants (such as Iuds) cannot or will not be removed 10. Severe claustrophobia
