50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to KOA diagnostic standards; (2) Age 50-75; (3) Kellgren Lawrence (K-L) is classified as Grade II and Grade III; (4) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Patients with a history of knee joint trauma (meniscus, ligament injury, surgery); (3) Patients with rheumatoid arthritis and other joint diseases; (4) Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental disorders.
