7 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe and very severe aplastic anemia; 2. SAA patients who failed to receive secondary ATG/ALG or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation after 6 months of IST (rATG combined with CsA) treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SAA patients who response to IST at 6 months
