Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis confirmed by HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria at West China Second University Hospital were enrolled into this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any other form of preoperative chemotherapy,induction therapy or targeted therapy prior to admission; 2. Severe immunosuppression occurred during the process of treatment caused by bacteria, fungi infection or other reasons so that can not complete the standardization of diagnosis and treatment.
