Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria in the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and confirmed by spiral CT or magnetic resonance imaging of the head; 2. There was upper limb motor dysfunction, Brunstrom grade ?~? of affected limb; 3. Course of disease<1 month; 4. <70 years old; 5. Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 6. The patient or family member shall sign the informed consent form and be approved by the hospital ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe mental disorder, consciousness disorder and hearing disorder; 2. Complicated with other serious organic diseases, autoimmune diseases, dysfunction of important organs or malignant tumors; 3. Those who take other drugs with skeletal muscle relaxation effect at the same time; 4. People with other nervous system diseases; 5. Lose contact or withdraw during the process; 6. Insufficient treatment compliance.
