Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who successfully implemented Choledocholithiasis surgery in Subei people's Hospital of Yangzhou City from January 2023 to June 2025 have signed informed consent. Choledocholithiasis was diagnosed before operation and the diameter of common bile duct dilatation was greater than or equal to 10 mm. It can be complicated with cholecystolithiasis and / or hepatolithiasis. There may be a history of two or more biliary surgery. Patients with primary suture of bile duct or T-tube drainage after choledocholithotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: LCBDE was converted to laparotomy during operation. Change the mode of operation during operation, such as choledochojejunostomy, T-tube drainage, etc. Preoperative complicated with pancreatitis, Mirizzi syndrome, acute obstructive cholangitis, bile duct or gallbladder cancer, severe pulmonary heart disease. Those who have contraindications for general anesthesia.
