18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)The patients are diagnosed as panic disorder according the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth edition. 2)Age 18-60 years old. 3)Right-handed, 4)All patients had at least one panic attack in the two weeks before MRI scanning. 5)The score of Mini-mental State Examination is greater than 24, the socre of Hamilton depression scale 24 items is less than 8. 6)Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients have a history of mental illness or substance addiction, or had taken other antipsychotics in the 6 months prior to enrollment. 2)Patients have a history of craniocerebral trauma, central nervous system disease, or other major physical diseases. 3)MRI examination indicated the presence of central nervous system lesions. 4)The patient can not cooperate for the full course of the trial.
