Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female, aged 18-35 years, with normal ovarian reserve, AMH>1.3, AFC>=10, bFSH<10mIU/ml, patients with polycystic ovary and non-polycystic ovary who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in the reproductive center Syndromic patients; (2) PCOS patients: rare and / or anovulatory; polycystic ovarian changes on ultrasound; hyperandrogenism and/or hyperandrogen signs, if two of the above three are met, the diagnosis can be made.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, androgen-secreting tumors, hyperprolactinemia and other diseases that lead to abnormal ovulation or hyperandrogenism were excluded.
