Perioperative analgesia for gallbladder surgery

Interventions

Group NS:Physiological saline
Group LS:After giving 0.5mg/kg of esketamine intravenously before cutting the skin, 2ug/kg-min continuous pumping was given respectively.
Group HS:After giving 0.5mg/kg of esketamine intravenously before cutting the skin, 4ug/kg-min continuous pumping was given respectively.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (1): age 18 to 65 years; (2) ASA classification grade I to II; (3) confirmed diagnosis of gallbladder stones, polyps or chronic cholecystitis; (4) ability to communicate normally; (5) informed consent and signed informed consent form by patients and family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with mental disorders; (2) allergic to this drug; (3) those with other infections and biliary system diseases; (4) those with coexisting abnormal liver, kidney and lung functions and hematological diseases; (5) those with contraindications to surgery.
