Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age>=50 years old; 2.CDR score of NC and SCD=0, that of MCI19, that with middle schooling>24; MoCA score of NC and SCD>=26, that of MCI between 23-26; ADL score <16

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with dementia or mental retardation; 2.patients with anxiety, depression, or psychotic symptom; 3.severe physical disease affecting cognitive function; 4.substance dependence or behavioral disorder affecting cognitive function; 5. illitaracy
