Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with GDM and non-GDM were included according to the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (2002 edition)" recommended by the Chinese Medical Association's Division of Diabetes Mellitus in 2017-2019 for pregnant women who were established at Peking University International Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus (both type 1 and type 2) clearly diagnosed before pregnancy; overt diabetes mellitus during pregnancy; women who have been treated with glucose-lowering drugs or insulin during pregnancy; twin or multiple pregnancies; concomitant rheumatic immune system disease; severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; long-term use of antidepressants or corticosteroids.
