Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients were diagnosed as breast cancer by clinical or pathological examination and had no other history of cancer ; 2 married women >= 20 years old and their spouses are still alive ; 3 Spouses are the main caregivers, providing informal care ; 4 the scores of anxiety scale or depression scale in the HADS results of one or both parties were >= 8 points ; ( 5 ) Patients and spouses can use smart phones, with WeChat video card ; 6 Patients and their spouses understood the questionnaire and the research content, and voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients and spouses in line with one of the following exclusion : 1) Patients : 1 the expected survival time is not more than two weeks ; 2 patients with history of conscious disturbance, dementia or mental illness ; ( 3 ) Cognitive impairment ( comprehension or expression problems ) ; 4 Patients had received other psychological intervention or psychotherapy in the last three months. 2 ) Spouse : 1 Patients with history of conscious disturbance, dementia or mental illness ; 2 cognitive impairment ( understanding or expression problems ) ; 3 Patients had received other psychological intervention or psychotherapy in the last three months.
