Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age>=50 years old;CDR score 19, that with middle schooling>24; MoCA score of MCI between 23-26; ADL score <16

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with dementia or mental retardation; 2.anxiety, depression, or psychotic symptom; 3.severe physical disease affecting cognitive function; 4.substance dependence or behavioral disorder affecting cognitive function; 5.illiteracy
