18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:18~75. 2.Patients had not received surgery or chemoradiotherapy before the clinical study began. 3.Patients with pathological diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (including various differentiation) 4.Patient was diagnosed with unilateral glottic laryngeal carcinoma with clinical stage T2N0M0 or T3N0M0(AJCC TNM stage in 2002) 5.Patient's KPS>=70 6.Patient has signed an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient was suffering from other serious infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and leprosy. 2.Patients suffering from critical organs such as heart, brain, lung function severe abnormalities. 3.Patients suffering from severe blood coagulation dysfunction.
