Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary artery disease who were hospitalized and underwent PCI were selected for the study, aged 18 to 80 years, with no restriction on gender; 2. they met the diagnostic criteria for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, with at least 1 diseased vessel stenosis >50% on imaging;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiovascular death or all-cause death occurred during the first hospitalization for PCI; 2. severe renal insufficiency, defined as an estimated glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min/1.73 m2; 3. combined malignancy or malignant systemic disease requiring treatment; 4. severe anemia and severe infections that are difficult to correct and control.
