Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Signed informed consent, and follow-up observers; (2) Patients diagnosed as meibomian gland dysfunction by OSDI score, eyelid margin and meibomian gland examination; (3) Aged 18-60 years; (4) Able to communicate well with researchers and comply with the requirements of the whole experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The presence of uncontrolled glaucoma in the study eye (defined as intraocular pressure >=30 mmHg after standard treatment or as determined by the investigator at screening or baseline); (2) the presence of active intraocular or periocular inflammation or infection (e.g. keratitis); (3) Wear contact lenses in the last 1 month, and undergo eye surgery in the last 6 months; (4) Having systemic diseases or taking other drugs orally during pregnancy; (5) Hereditary bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; (6) Oral warfarin and other anticoagulant drugs; (7) Those who have taken omega-3 dietary supplements in the past 3 months; (8) Tear secretion test was less than 5mm/5min; (9) Corneal fluorescein sodium staining more than 3 points; (10) Those who have received intensive pulsed light therapy in the past six months; (11) Patients who had undergone meibomian gland massage in the past 1 month; (12) Those who have used artificial tears or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 2 weeks; (13) Pittsburgh Sleep quality score >= 16; (14) Medical problems that the investigator considers inappropriate for this study.
