Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age >=18 years old; (2) malignant tumor diagnosed by pathology or cytology; (3) Due to the treatment needs in our hospital, PICC was placed in the access center of our hospital, and systemic treatment was performed in our hospital. (4) Participants were aware of the research methods and objectives and signed informed consent. (5) can tolerate B-ultrasound examination. (6) patients did not receive anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy before catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Communication disorders. (2) The expected survival time was less than half a year. (3) The PICC catheter should not be placed because of the small vessel diameter or other reasons such as superior vena cava obstruction syndrome. (4) patients during pregnancy.
