Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular hemodialysis treatment >= 3 months; 2. Have a clear awareness and no verbal communication barriers; 3. Have the ability to walk independently, and the muscle strength of both lower limbs is more than 3 grades (Lovett 6 grading method); 4. The patient's condition is stable, and the cardiac function is 1~2 grades (NYHA cardiac function grade); 5. No severe anemia, hemoglobin >= 80g/L; 6. Patients can use smartphones skillfully; 7. Those who are willing to cooperate with this study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peritoneal dialysis was performed simultaneously; 2. Those who are not suitable to participate in sports, such as asthma, deep vein thrombosis, abnormal edema, redness and pain in the lower leg, patients with fracture history (within 6 months), hemiplegia, severe lumbar disc herniation and other patients that affect limb function; 3. Patients with mental disorders or long-term use of anxiety drugs; 4. Severe infection, shock, heart failure, malignant tumor, blood system disease, pregnancy, etc. occurred in recent 3 months; 5. High blood pressure: systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical research projects
