Control group:sham-stimulation of Low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic
Experiment group 1:Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is applied to the primary motor cortex area (M1 area) on the healthy side
Experiment group 2:Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is applied to the healthy side of the premotor area (PM area)

Age
23 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >18 years, gender not limited; 2. Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) >=24; 3. upper limb Fugl-meyer score <33, presence of severe motor dysfunction; 4. first stroke, duration <=6 months; 5. clinical manifestations and imaging were consistent with clinical diagnostic criteria for stroke; 6. informed consent signed before the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous and family history of epilepsy; 2. foreign bodies such as metal objects and drains in the skull; 3. unstable vital signs; 4. inability to cooperate with treatment.
