Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.has a definitive diagnosis of stroke,confirmed by CT or MRI examination;b.18-75 years of age; c.stroke patients in stable condition;d.decline of limb motor function; e.no significant cognition impairment;f.has written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.significant cognition impairment;b.severe musculoskeletal condition (eg,fracture,severe arthritis,amputation);c.joint contracture;d.modified Ashworth scale<=3;e.history of severe medical problems (eg,severve heart disease, live dysfuction, renal insufficiency and shock ) f.cancer,pregnancy;g.have participated in other clinical trial in the previous 6 months.
