Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3-5 in Wanzhou District, regardless of gender; 2. No growth and development abnormality in children; 3. Children know, their parents know and agree to participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children have taken hormones or immunosuppressants within half a year, and have used antibiotics 2 weeks before the examination; 2. Children have systemic diseases or other serious infectious diseases that can promote caries of deciduous teeth; 3. The child has language or mental disorders and is unable to cooperate with the examination; 4. Parents cannot understand or fail to complete the questionnaire; 5. Parents do not agree to participate in the study, or cannot follow up the study plan.
