Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Patients with benign gallbladder diseases and surgical indications, who intend to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3. Clear awareness, and understanding of communication barrier-free person; 4. Sign the informed consent for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases affecting gastrointestinal motility, such as hypothyroidism, gastrointestinal diseases, habitual constipation, and diarrhea; 2. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with a history of gastric or intestinal surgery and intestinal adhesion.
