40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee joint. 2. Age 40-75 (inclusive), regardless of gender. 3. K-L rating less than III. 4. total pain NRS score <= 7. 5. if the patient had KOA in both legs, the more severe leg was selected for study and evaluation. 6. No previous tai chi or yoga exercise. 7. Patients who gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of knee surgery or waiting for knee surgery 2. Knee pain caused by other diseases (such as infectious arthritis); combined sprain and contusion or other trauma; foot deformity, pain and other lesions that affect normal walking; patients with severe osteoporosis 3. Patients with skin disease or skin breakdown at the site of application 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, stomach, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system (coagulation abnormalities), endocrine system, malignant tumors, infectious diseases and mental illness 5. have undergone arthroscopy within the last 12 months; have received intra-articular injection within the last 6 months. 6. Participated in a knee exercise training program within the last 6 months. 7. Received acupuncture or tui-na treatment within the last 3 months 8. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding and have a pregnancy plan 9. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.
