Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who plan to undergo thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia by inserting double lumen bronchial catheter 18~70 yrASA I-II level All genders 19<=BMI<=29kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiopulmonary basic diseases ; severe liver and kidney dysfunction ; history of local anesthetic allergy ; there was infection at the puncture site ; spinal or thoracic deformity ; coagulation dysfunction ; neurological or mental illness ; can not communicate normally in language ; refusing nerve block.
