18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 18 to 80 years old; (2) Patients who are conscious, voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I to III; (4) Operation duration >=60min; (5) patients without serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory and circulatory system diseases; (6) Patients without obvious contraindications to anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Long-term history of alcohol and drug abuse, long-term use of diazepam or opiates; (2) complicated with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (3) Patients with severe organ dysfunction; (4) perioperative serious complications such as massive bleeding and severe infection; (5) Have a history of mental and nervous system diseases and take drugs to control them; (6) Patients with infection at the puncture site and abnormal coagulation function; (7) Patients unable to complete the evaluation form included in this study for various reasons; (8) Patients with existing cognitive dysfunction (such as Alzheimer's disease) were identified by the simple Intelligence State Scale MMSE score before surgery; (9) Patients with adverse reactions to narcotic drugs used.
