Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old age= 24Kg/m2 without type 2 diabetes and stable weight in the past 3 months; 3. Body mass index (BMI) >= 24Kg/m2 with type 2 diabetes and stable weight in the past 3 months; 4. No other weight loss measures have been taken in the past 3 months 5. Informed consent and signed the corresponding informed consent.==

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have endocrine diseases that lead to secondary obesity (such as polycystic ovary syndrome, Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypothalamic syndrome, hypofunction of anterior pituitary and other diseases); 2. Accompanied by severe heartliver, kidney, and pulmonary dysfunction; 3. Accompanied by severe mental illness, a history of depression forced to be hospitalized, two or more episodes of depression or those with suicidal tendencies; 4. Accompanied by a history of clinically diagnosed eating disorders, such as bulimia, hyperphagia, anorexia, etc; 5. A history of surgical weight loss; 6. Taking drugs known to affect body weight or appetite within the past 3 months, such as corticosteroids, antidepressants, tranquilizers, non-selective systemic antihistamines, nicotine substitutes, etc; 7. Pregnant,pregnant or lactating women; 8. Skin disease,severe allergic constitution or scar constitution; 9. Coagulation dysfunction, or taking anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin and heparin; 10. Participating in other clinical studies on weight loss in the past three months;
